Do you have products in stocks?

Some items we reserve stocks .If there is no any stocks, we will inform you with details in the reply of your require.

Can I visit your factory?

Sure, we have our own factory which is located in No. 6 Gonglin Road, Shucheng Economic Development Zone, Lu'an City, Anhui Province, China. Please contact us in advance and will make an appointment with you.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at wenshichun@deyu-sh.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Do you offer exchanges for your products?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item is damaged upon arrival?

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
